What we do

Eight services, one fixed fee

Take one or take all eight. Most clients start with bookkeeping and payroll and add the rest as the business grows.

Bookkeeping & Annual Accounts

Monthly bookkeeping and annual accounts in QuickBooks: reconciled ledgers, receipt capture, management accounts and statutory accounts filed on time.

Payroll & PAYE

Fully managed UK payroll: payslips, RTI submissions to HMRC, auto-enrolment pensions, P60s, P45s and CIS deductions, from one director to fifty staff.

VAT Returns & Making Tax Digital

VAT registration, scheme selection, quarterly returns filed under Making Tax Digital, and clear answers on partial exemption, reverse charge and imports.

Corporation Tax

Corporation tax computations and CT600 returns for UK limited companies, with capital allowances, R&D relief and loss planning claimed properly.

Self Assessment Tax Returns

Self assessment tax returns prepared and filed for sole traders, directors, landlords and higher earners – with the bill known months before the January deadline.

HMRC Enquiries & Investigations

Representation for HMRC enquiries, compliance checks, VAT and PAYE inspections and disclosures – we deal with the correspondence and produce the records on your behalf.

Company Formation

Limited company formation with the share structure, HMRC registrations, PAYE scheme, VAT and bookkeeping set up in the right order – usually within 24 hours.

Advisory & Management Accounts

Management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, pricing and margin analysis, and profit extraction planning for growing UK businesses.

How it works

The same four steps, whichever service you start with

Switching is about ten minutes of your time. The rest is ours.

1

A free 20-minute call

Describe the business and we will tell you which services apply, which do not, and roughly what it costs.

2

A fixed quote in writing

Scope and monthly fee agreed before any work starts. Catch-up work and HMRC enquiries are quoted separately.

3

We handle the handover

Professional clearance and records requested from your existing accountant, and agent authorisation set up with HMRC.

4

We take over from the next period

Bookkeeping current, deadlines diarised, and a named accountant who answers the phone.

Why it matters

Licensed, current and reachable

Al-Safeer is run by an AAT licensed accountant: supervised practice, a code of conduct, continuing professional development and professional indemnity insurance behind every piece of advice. Your work is not passed to an offshore processing team and returned for signature – and because everything runs in QuickBooks, your figures are live rather than a picture of last quarter.

  • An AAT licensed accountant on every file
  • QuickBooks throughout, so figures are live
  • Making Tax Digital already handled
  • One working day to reply, always
How we price

One fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start

What sets the fee
Transaction volume, payroll headcount, whether you are VAT registered, how many services you want and how much bookkeeping you keep in house.
What it includes
The work in scope, the filings that go with it, and the conversations in between. No hourly charge for phone calls or emails.
What sits outside it
Catching up historic bookkeeping, and representing you in an HMRC enquiry. Both quoted separately, before we begin.
Reviewed annually
Against what the work has actually become. If a service stopped being useful, we take it out rather than keep charging for it.
Pricing

One fixed monthly fee. No surprises.

Quoted after a free 20-minute call and billed monthly for as long as you need us – no hourly billing, and no charge for asking a question.

Choosing a
service

What people ask before they decide what they actually need.

Ask us something else

Yes. Plenty of clients take payroll alone, or self assessment alone. There is no requirement to bundle, and we will tell you when adding something would not earn its fee.

Almost always formation, bookkeeping, corporation tax and – if a director takes a salary – payroll. VAT joins when turnover requires it. Self assessment applies to you personally rather than to the company.

It depends on volume and scope, which is why we quote rather than publish a price list. What we can promise is that the figure is fixed, agreed in writing before work starts, and does not move because you phoned us.

Usually within a week or two. We request professional clearance and records from your existing accountant, register as your agent with HMRC and start from the next filing period. It takes about ten minutes of your time.

Yes – everything we do works remotely, and we act for clients across the United Kingdom. Being local is convenient, not necessary.

It is the specialism and it is what we recommend, because it is where we can work fastest and give you live figures. Setup or migration from spreadsheets or another package is included at no extra cost.

Next step

Tell us what the business actually needs

A twenty-minute call is enough for us to say which of the eight services apply to you, what they would cost, and which ones you can safely skip.

  • Free 20-minute consultation
  • Fixed monthly fee, agreed up front
  • An AAT licensed accountant, not a call centre
